Ravi Shankar Soni, B.tech in Software Engineering and MBA in International Business & Marketing having 11 years of experience in the field of Web design and development Heading up the development and strategy side of Softech Planet, Ravi believes in being involved in both the planning and execution stages of projects. With a keen eye for detail, he keeps the team on course and ensures our work is up to Softech Planet’s high standards. His background of web-design and development makes him a double threat who is able to recognize opportunities, make smart business decisions, and foster a creative environment for day-to-day operations. He commands the development efforts at Softech Planet with full authority, handling primary application development and strategic decision-making surrounding that epic job. His extensive experience in web development and database design allows him to not only seamlessly support our creative efforts but also to come up with elegant and scalable applications.

Vaibhav is an entrepreneur who established himself as Digital Leader and carries an extensive experience of 6 years. He is also the head of the operations and knows how to build a brand. He plays a critical role in designing and implementing methods and procedures for your agencies and end- clients. He is instrumental in company growth by creating and implementing processes, platforms, partners and technologies to streamline operations at micro and macro levels. As the head of both the creative and development team at Softech Planet, he brings a unique design perspective to front-end development and a developer’s mind to creative process. The result is a deceptively simple, smart interface that gives users a seamless experience.
